Service Description

Ken is an AI-powered service that helps teams get project status updates by connecting to project management tools and answering questions through chat platforms like Slack.

AI-Generated Content

Ken uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and status updates. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should verify important information independently. Ken is a productivity tool, not a substitute for human judgment on critical decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ken only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or misuse the underlying AI models
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or harms other users

Your Data

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Do Status™ and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Ken.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Ken at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at idostatus.com/tos. By continuing to use Ken after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
